Boss Suite is a digital business education and mentorship ecosystem designed to help participants build, grow, and monetize an online business.
By purchasing, accessing, or promoting Boss Suite, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or promote Boss Suite.

Section 02
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout unless an approved payment plan is offered directly by Boss Suite.
Because Boss Suite is a digital product with immediate access to proprietary content: all sales are final, no refunds will be issued, and no exchanges will be provided. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Section 03
Affiliate Program
Boss Suite includes an optional affiliate opportunity for eligible participants. Participation is a privilege, not a guaranteed right, and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Boss Suite.
Commission amounts may vary during promotions, discounted offers, special launches, or pricing events.
Section 04
Affiliate Attribution & Sales Tracking
All commissions are automatically tracked through Boss Suite's official sales and affiliate tracking systems. A sale will only be credited to the affiliate whose unique affiliate link, approved funnel, checkout process, or tracking attribution is directly connected to the completed transaction at the time of purchase.
Boss Suite is not responsible for overwritten cookies, expired tracking windows, customer confusion, incorrect links, or purchases made through another affiliate's or corporate funnel. Platform tracking records and checkout attribution logs are final. No manual commission transfers, overrides, or retroactive changes will be honored.
Section 05
Unauthorized Discounts & Pricing Policy
Boss Suite reserves the exclusive right to set, modify, and approve all pricing and promotions. Affiliates are not authorized to negotiate pricing on behalf of Boss Suite.
Affiliates may not:
- Alter pricing or advertise unauthorized discounts
- Create unofficial coupon codes or offer cashback incentives
- Promise refunds, rebates, or negotiate pricing independently
- Misrepresent official pricing in any way
Any affiliate found misrepresenting pricing or creating misleading promotional offers may have commissions revoked and affiliate access terminated immediately.
Section 06
Customer & Funnel Interference
Affiliates may not interfere with another affiliate's sale, redirect customers away from official funnels, encourage customers to repurchase through different links, or manipulate attribution systems in any way.
Any attempt to interfere with commission attribution or sales tracking may result in immediate affiliate termination, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and permanent removal from the affiliate program.
Section 07
Optional Automation Tools
Participants may optionally subscribe to additional automation tools and systems for $37/month. These optional tools may include funnels, opt-in pages, email sequences, backend automation, and support systems.
Participation in these tools is entirely optional and is not required to participate in Boss Suite, earn commissions, or remain an affiliate. Monthly subscriptions continue until canceled.
Section 08
Intellectual Property
All Boss Suite content is protected intellectual property owned exclusively by Boss Suite, including videos, training materials, templates, branding, graphics, systems, downloads, frameworks, and proprietary strategies.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, repurpose, or distribute any portion of Boss Suite content
- Upload, share, resell, or sublicense any Boss Suite material
- Publicly display any content without prior written authorization
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination, removal from affiliate eligibility, legal action, and financial damages where applicable.

Earnings Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Boss Suite provides education, mentorship, and business strategies only. We do not guarantee income, sales, profits, business success, or specific financial outcomes.
Results vary based on numerous factors including effort, experience, consistency, skill level, implementation, audience, and market conditions. All business activity carries inherent risk.
Boss Suite and its owners, affiliates, team members, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for financial losses, business decisions, lost profits, technical issues, interrupted access, or individual outcomes resulting from participation. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
Section 10
Program Modifications
Boss Suite reserves the right to update content, modify pricing, change bonuses, revise affiliate structures, remove or add features, or update policies at any time without prior notice.
Participants who purchased during pre-launch retain their originally promised pricing and access terms unless otherwise stated.
Section 11
Disputes & Chargeback Policy
Boss Suite maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud, abuse, payment disputes made in bad faith, and unauthorized chargebacks.
Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute may lose immediate access to the program, be permanently removed from all associated communities, and become ineligible for future purchases or affiliate participation. No reinstatement or access restoration is guaranteed.
All commission disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the transaction date. Platform tracking data, checkout records, and attribution logs serve as the final authority in all disputes. Customer statements regarding who they "intended" to purchase from do not override system-tracked attribution. All decisions are final.
Section 12
Termination
Boss Suite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant violates these Terms, engages in unethical affiliate conduct, distributes unauthorized program content, makes misleading claims, manipulates commissions, participates in fraudulent activity, or damages the reputation of Boss Suite.
Termination decisions are final. No appeals are guaranteed.
